We offer weekly pay schedules for our hourly employees so they can better manage their income. We now also offer DailyPay providing you immediate access to earned wages.
TKC will reimburse eligible employees for tuition expenses related to continuing education through an accredited college or university that either offers growth in an area related to the employee’s current position or growth towards future promotional opportunities.

Plan For The Future
We offer a unique 401(K) Retirement Plan (immediate vesting) that you may participate after 3 months of continuous employment. The company matches dollar for dollar on the first 3% that you contribute, PLUS $0.50 on the dollar on the next 2% that you contribute.
